ATLAS Right of Way Services is a full service Right-Of-Way company, providing oversight and project planning for Right-Of-Way projects, including title, appraisals, appraisal review, relocation, acquisition and property management.
PROJECT PLANNING
We assist the client in the preliminary planning phases to identify suggestions at the engineering and planning levels that can save time and money in the Acquisition and appraisal periods of the project. LPA PROJECTS
ATLAS is experienced in handling all facets of your local LPA project. We work closely with county administrators, county supervisors and LPA coordinators on a variety of LPA projects including road expansion, utility projects, sidewalks, walking paths and traffic signal projects. If you are unsure of the next step on your LPA project, give ATLAS a call and we can coordinate your project efficiently, smoothly and in a cost effective manner to insure the project adheres to LPA standards.
REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
We have a large, well qualified appraisal staff, experienced in R.O.W. appraisals, that insure quality appraisals and strong support for any condemnation hearings. If court testimony is required, our appraisal staff has testified in local, state and federal court for Right-Of-Way proceedings.
APPRAISAL REVIEW
We have appraisers on staff that are experienced in appraisal review projects.
TITLE
We work with qualified title attorneys to handle all aspects of the title process from the initial title opinion to the final closing and all points in between.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We have Property Management agents who handle all aspects of the project and process this function in a timely fashion.
ACQUISITION
We have Acquisition agents who handle all aspects from the original property owner contact to the final signing of documents.
PROJECT RECOMMENDATIONS
ATLAS assists in on-site preliminary field review of plans for purposes of saving time and money and help the efficency of the project as a whole. We meet with engineers and county personel to make recommendations to alter engineering plans and Right of Way limits to best serve the client.
